New to running or haven’t run in a while? Training for your next 5k? Dealing with nagging pain during your runs?
Join us this weekend with The Movement where we will guide you on the path with tips to help you on your journey! Practice striding with us and learn how to move well while running! We will focus on teaching you breathing techniques as well as how to prevent pain and injury while running.
